The Business
North Peace Hospitality is a sole proprietorship that is owned and operated by myself,
Brodie Bonnefoy. I come to you with vast experience in the hospitality industry varying from the most simple of events, to high end haute cuisine and everything in between.
With over 25 years in the industry, I have the ability to adapt to your needs on a personal level to create the best experiences for you and your guests during your private in house catering, community or corporate events and outside the box ideas.

More About The Chef
In 1997 I got my first taste of the restaurant industry as a dishwasher, and over the next few years and through many styles of restaurants, I moved up the ranks fairly quickly, before doubling down to culinary school in Winnipeg, Manitoba in 2001. After I was done with school, I took to the road as a contract cook in camps, tourism destinations and lodges, gaining what I believe to be some of the best experience that you will not find in a textbook. I have had the opportunity to work along side a few of Canada's premier chef's, in some of Canada's most beautiful places across the North.
I believe that its these many experiences are what molded me into the chef that I am today. Bringing you classic culinary knowledge with whimsical twists to elevate your palette and dining experience on every level.
